US District Judge Responsibilities

The Northern District of California  is staffed by 23 U.S. District Judges, and 13 Magistrate Judges.

In the District of, bond fulfillment documents must be submitted in person at the Criminal Intake window, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Bail payments are accepted via cashier’s checks or money orders; cash over $5,000 and personal checks are not accepted.
